1. Goto your web based email at mail.yourdomain.com. (substitute yourdomain.com for your actual domain)

2. Using your email address and password logon to your email account.

3. Under settings click on "My Spam Filtering"

4. Check "override setting for this account".

5. Next click on "action".

6. Select "Add Text to Subjet line". Then enter "SPAM-Low:" in the text box supplied. For Medium probability start off with "Add Text.." and add "SPAM-Medium:" . You should run it this way for a few weeks or until you are sure that all your receiving is SPAM.

7. In the High Probability box select "Delete Message".  Anything in category will most likely be SPAM. You may want to adjust these setting as necessary for your particular mailbox.

8. You can also click on Trusted Senders Tab and enter email accounts that you know are good and these accounts will bypass the spam filtering and allowed through.

9. Next you may want to add some content filtering. Go back to the Settings in the menu and click on "My Content Filtering".

10. We're now going to create a content filter for keyword. Click on "Add Filter".

11. Now we'll add some Keywords that come in SPAM. Check "Subject or Body Text " for this filter. Then click on "Next" in the upper left hand corner.

12. Next select the "OR" function and check "Use wildcards in search string. In the Subject Body test box add the words you most commonly see in the SPAM Emails you get. You can use wild cards and phrases. Also include any variations of the word on additional lines. Then click on the "Next Button".

13. Now give your Rule a name. For this example call it Keywords. Under Actions check "Delete Message" and Bounce Message". Bouncing the message back tells the spammer that the email address is bad and hopefully they will remove it from their list.  Then click on the "save" button.

14. Now you should see your filter you created in the filter list.
